01/06/2011 | Marshall’s completes London Aquatics Centre installation

Marshall’s has completed its part in the London Aquatics Centre build. Designed to host next year’s Olympics and featuring 26 staircases giving a total of 300 flights of Marshall’s stairs, the structure will be completed in 2011.

Marshall’s was commissioned by Balfour Beatty to design, build and install the stairs to the awe inspiring structure, which is inspired by the fluid motion of water.

27/05/2011 | Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo Stand completed

The world famous Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo stand is finished, complete with Marshalls stairs for access. RIM Fabrications commissioned Marshall’s to design, manufacture and install the structure’s stairs.

The structure, which nestles in the courtyard of Edinburgh Castle seats 8,700 people and has improved facilities (and access). The grandstand is designed to be erected and dismantled in less than half the time of previous structures.
